This policy describes information handled through dougrichman.com. It does not govern a third-party website or service linked from this website.

When you submit the contact form, this website collects the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, phone number, real-estate intent, and message. It is used to respond to your inquiry and provide requested real-estate assistance.

Information collected automatically

This website uses a first-party analytics system to record an anonymous device identifier, a session identifier, pages viewed, referring domains, campaign tags, general device category, and actions such as property searches, phone or email clicks, and successful contact-form submissions. The analytics records do not include names, messages, exact IP addresses, session recordings, copied text, or console logs.

How information is used

Information is used to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, provide requested real-estate assistance, understand which pages and services are useful, improve website performance and conversion paths, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

Service providers and disclosures

Vercel hosts and delivers the website. Neon stores the first-party analytics records. Resend transmits contact-form and private-dashboard login emails. Bridge Interactive and Southeast Florida MLS / Matrix provide property-search services or data. These providers may process information as needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy commitments. An inquiry may also be shared with First Pro International Realty or transaction service providers when reasonably necessary to respond, comply with law, or complete a transaction you direct.

Sharing and retention

Contact information is not sold. Contact inquiries may remain in business email and provider systems while reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, complete a transaction, or meet legal obligations. First-party analytics records are retained for up to thirteen months.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, access codes, or other highly sensitive information through the contact form.
