Parkland sits at the northern edge of Broward County against the Palm Beach County line, and it is deliberately low-density. Much of the city is newer master-planned development, with large gated communities and a good deal of preserved green space.

Parkland is the most single-family market on this site by a wide margin, and its housing stock is the newest. Very little condominium inventory exists here, and prices sit well above the neighboring Broward cities.

Rental inventory in Parkland is genuinely scarce, usually a couple of dozen active listings at a time, and almost all of it is single-family inside a gated association. Expect a formal association application and start looking earlier than you would elsewhere in Broward.
